Join Stryker as an Associate Sales Representative in Seattle, WA, for the Craniomaxillofacial team. As a Craniomaxillofacial Associate Sales Representative, you will work as part of a sales team, learning and honing your sales skills. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in promoting and selling Stryker products. Conducting product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings. Tracking territory progress and communicating effectively with Sales Representatives. Solving product problems onsite and educating medical staff. Providing exceptional service to customers. Exceeding sales goals and performance metrics. Managing and maintaining sample inventory meticulously. Learning or honing selling skills and process through coaching/mentoring support from Sales Representatives and Managers. To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited University. Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds constantly. Valid driver’s license. Fluency in written and spoken English. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years in Medical Device or B2B sales. The base salary for this position is $80,000, with the potential to earn bonuses and benefits.
