Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC. We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics providing comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits via a secure online telehealth platform. Services include psychiatric/psychological evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy and counseling, and neuropsychological testing. Our team includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board‑certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above, offering individualized care with compassion and respect. Qualifications
Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D.) Experience in conducting neurocognitive and neuropsychological testing preferred Florida license or in the process of obtaining one Work experience in an outpatient setting preferred Job Responsibilities
Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions Deliver different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services Provide neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing services (optional) Option to provide psychotherapy & counseling services only, neuropsychological testing only, or a combination of both Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions, neuropsychological findings, and therapeutic strategies Document services in compliance with company policies and procedures Stay current with advancements through continuing education and professional development Compensation
Excellent base compensation Monthly productivity bonus Quarterly performance bonus Testing materials provided by the company Additional day for additional pay (up to $33,000 additional per year) Supervising provider responsibilities with additional compensation Potential to earn $150,000+ annually with a 40-hour work week Benefits
