Effectively manage Store Facilities Coordinators and facility functions in assigned areas of responsibility. Oversee repairs, contract enforcement, and budgets with outside vendors and consultants. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures for repair, replacement, disaster recovery, emergency response, and business continuity. Assist the Sr. Managers and Sr. Director of Store Facilities as assigned. The base salary range for this role is $93,000 - $140,400. This range is dependent on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is one component of total compensation; other rewards vary by position and location. Essential Functions

Supervise Facilities Coordinators in day-to-day store facilities repairs, replacements, and emergency repair response in a timely and cost-effective manner, per department and corporate policy, with timely exception reporting to Facilities Sr. Managers and Sr. Director. Availability for after-hours emergency management of store issues. Maintain detailed records of work orders, contracts, warranties, and invoicing; monitor work orders for timely performance and quality using PDsitelink. Coordinate work with Real Estate Property Management to resolve issues when the landlord is responsible for maintenance. Manage coaching, training, and performance of assigned Facilities Coordinators according to corporate guidelines and policy. Competencies

B.S. degree in business, engineering, or related field is desired. Minimum 7 years facilities maintenance management experience, preferably in a retail environment. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and NOVAR energy management. Ability to manage direct reports and interface with store personnel, internal management, and outside vendors. Excellent oral and written communication; exceptional customer service skills for coordinating with store personnel, internal management, and outside contracts. Ability to work independently in a challenging environment; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet short deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience organizing and maintaining accurate records and reporting formats using database management. Physical Requirements/ADA

Office environment work; primarily computer-based. Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking, attending in-person meetings, typing, and handling paper/files. Regular attendance is required. Vision: ability to see information in print and electronic form. In-office presence is normally required to engage in team interactions, meetings, and collaboration; duties can be performed with a combination of in-office and remote work.
