Channel Business Development Representative
Established in 2022, Guardz rapidly emerged as a noteworthy player in the cybersecurity sphere, securing $85M in funding and rallying a dedicated team of 100 industry professionals. Our vision is to foster a safer digital landscape for small and medium businesses across the globe. To this end, we introduced our comprehensive all-in-one Secure & Insure platform, and continue to grow and expand our team, our partnerships and our revenue. We are seeking an ambitious and impact-driven business development representative with a focus on channel/distributors business who shares our passion for making cybersecurity accessible to small and growing businesses. Guardz is revolutionizing the way MSPs help their customers stay safe in the Cybersecurity space. Responsibilities: Qualify, research, engage, and reach out to channel/distributors outbound prospects while delivering value propositions. Proactively advance prospects through the critical early stages of the sales cycle. Experience in building sequences for outbound channel lead generation Work closely with Sales Managers to execute smooth sales pipeline transitions. Cross-department collaboration daily to achieve the team's goals. Accurately manage and track lead records using HubSpot CRM and Outreach platform. Display self-discipline, strong time management, and prioritization skills and focus on managing an intense and high volume of business effectively. Become an expert on Guardz' platform and various tools to empower MSPs Achieve monthly and quarterly goals, along with productivity levels as defined by the marketing team leadership. Demonstrate ability to build, nurture, and maintain strong long-term relationships with channel partners. Demonstrated strength in research and prospecting, including LinkedIn sourcing, cold outreach, and partner mapping. Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach across multiple channels, including phone calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple partner opportunities simultaneously. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in sales/business development, ideally in SaaS or Cybersecurity Prior experience working with MSPs, MSSPs, resellers, channels and/or distributors. Familiarity with channel sales models (partner recruitment, enablement, and activation) Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence others by example. Excellent working knowledge of CRM technologies (specifically HubSpot), and tools used in the sales cycle. Exemplify the ability to articulate value propositions of the product to senior and director-level executives, as well as conduct customer calls and meetings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English. Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering.
