Pre-Sales Support

Collaborate with channel sales managers to support partner‑led sales engagements, including discovery calls, solution design, demos, and technical validation. Serve as the lead technical resource for strategic or complex opportunities in the Americas, ensuring consistency in messaging, delivery, and execution across the team. Partner Enablement

Train and certify partners on our endpoint security solutions. Develop and deliver workshops, webinars, and custom enablement sessions. Oversee the Americas SE team’s enablement strategy to ensure regional consistency, scalability, and alignment with overall channel‑first objectives. Technical Evangelism

Represent the company’s endpoint security technology at partner events, industry conferences, and webinars. Act as a technical expert and advocate for our solutions. Support team members in representing the company at regional events, ensuring technical excellence and brand consistency. Solution Architecture

Assist partners in architecting and deploying our endpoint security products in complex customer environments, ensuring alignment with security and compliance requirements. Guide the SE team in developing scalable solution frameworks and best practices for consistent delivery across all partner types (MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, distributors). Proof‑of‑Concept (PoC) Management

Lead or support PoCs and product evaluations. Guide partners and customers through testing, troubleshooting, and deployment best practices. Establish regional standards for PoC execution, measurement, and success criteria to drive repeatable partner outcomes. Channel Feedback Loop

Provide feedback from the field to product and engineering teams to help shape future product development and improve partner tools and resources. Consolidate and represent regional SE feedback to global product management, ensuring the Americas perspective influences roadmap prioritization. Relationship Building

Develop strong relationships with partner technical teams, including MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, and distributors, to increase mindshare and sales readiness. Mentor SEs on effective partner engagement, technical relationship management, and collaboration with channel sales. Leadership And Team Management

Lead, coach, and develop the Americas SE team to achieve excellence in technical sales execution, partner enablement, and customer outcomes. Hire, onboard, and retain top SE talent; foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Align regional SE priorities with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cross‑functional execution and coverage optimization. Set performance goals, conduct regular 1:1s and reviews, and track key SE metrics tied to partner growth and technical impact. Represent the Americas SE function in global leadership forums, ensuring regional alignment and advocacy within the global SE community. Skills You’ll Need To Have

10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Account Management, preferably in the endpoint security or broader cybersecurity space. 10+ years supporting or working with channel partners (e.g., resellers, distributors, MSPs). 5+ years in team management Strong knowledge of endpoint protection, EDR/XDR, anti‑malware, MDR and related technologies. Experience with security architecture and protocols (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust, threat hunting). Hands‑on experience with endpoint security platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, Trellix, etc.). Ability to deliver compelling technical presentations and product demos to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel up to 50% Preferred Qualifications

Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CompTIA Security+). Experience working in or with managed security service providers (MSSPs). Familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration. Previous experience in a startup or high‑growth cybersecurity company. Target Compensation
