This person can sit in Denver, CO - Must be able to go onsite 5 days a week; Full-time roles - US Citizens & GC Candidates Legally authorised to work in the United States. Able to pass a pre-employment background screening. We are seeking a highly motivated QA professional with strong expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), especially in customer-facing broadband services . This role is focused on evaluating and improving the end-to-end experience for Client Home Internet users by
testing broadband gateway firmware, Wi-Fi network performance, and mobile app functionality.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for
usability, performance, and quality
across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Primary Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute high-quality test cases and suites that
validate firmware, Wi-Fi networks, and client’s mobile application. Perform exploratory and structured
UAT
to identify real-world issues before public release. Partner closely with developers and Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) to align on test automation strategies and reusability. Create and maintain test plans covering
functional, regression, smoke, and customer experience
testing based on User Stories and product requirements. Review project deliverables to ensure they align with QA and IT standards. Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on product readiness and potential risks. Support continuous improvement initiatives across QA processes, tools, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and close quality gaps, and address Internal Audit and IT-Quality findings. Present findings and quality metrics to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations. Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience with
formal SDLC and QA methodologies. Hands-on experience with:
Broadband gateway firmware testing Wi-Fi network performance and troubleshooting Mobile app testing on iOS and Android platforms Proven ability to develop test documentation such as Test Plans, Test Cases, and Traceability Matrices. Strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with
customer-facing telecom products, especially home internet services. Familiarity with automation tools and test management platforms. Understanding of networking protocols and diagnostic tools. Seniority level
