Job Overview NNI Construction Co is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead retail and commercial construction projects across the U.S. In this high‑impact role, you’ll oversee all on‑site activities, manage subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and maintain schedule alignment—all while ensuring quality and communication are top‑tier.

Key Responsibilities

Manage on‑site execution of commercial/retail construction projects.

Ensure adherence to construction schedules, specifications, and plans.

Lead and coordinate 16+ subcontractor trades.

Maintain site safety and enforce OSHA standards; conduct safety meetings and inspections.

Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.

Address field issues, including poor workmanship, disputes, and scheduling delays.

Implement quality control measures and problem‑solving strategies.

Maintain project documentation, daily reports, progress photos, and videos.

Support project planning and ensure proactive risk management.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years as Superintendent for a General Contractor in commercial/retail projects.

Proven experience managing subcontractors and on‑site teams.

Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and OSHA compliance.

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Ability to travel 75‑100% to project sites nationwide.

Must possess a valid OSHA 30 certification.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
