Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated Expert Client Advisor specializing in Watches & Jewelry to join our team. Responsibilities
Act as the “go to” person in store for selling and clienteling techniques to do with your specific category. Partner with your Manager and provide vital feedback to drive the business forward. Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team through morning briefings, trainings and 1:1 coaching. Assist in the observation of the team during the selling ceremony and partner with them to introduce your product category. Lead by example in the management of your own portfolio of Clients and demonstrate outstanding clienteling options. Demonstrate product expertise and contribute to driving the Watch & Jewelry business in store; conduct product training and manage new launches; support client development. Profile / Qualifications
Passion for the Brand, the category, and the DNA of Louis Vuitton. High level of storytelling, excellent interpersonal skills and leadership in the category. Experience fostering positive client relationships with outstanding product knowledge and strong analytical and commercial abilities. Compensation & Benefits
