Supply Chain Manager
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Supply Chain Solution Manager located in Libertyville, IL. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Management the Supply Chain Solution Manager will oversee directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. Develop and implement strategic planning processes that optimize production schedules and resource allocation. Analyze demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory levels to create balanced plans that align with organizational goals. Collaborate with production teams, procurement, and logistics to ensure materials are available in the right quantities and at the right times, facilitating on-time delivery to customers. Create and maintain an efficient warehouse operation that prioritizes safety, accuracy, and productivity. Oversee inventory control processes, monitor stock levels, and implement best practices for storage and order fulfillment. Analyze warehouse performance metrics and develop initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity while maintaining safety standards. KPIs include warehouse safety measures and on-time delivery; take initiative to minimize risks and improve performance. Implement technology solutions to enhance visibility and tracking throughout the inventory management process. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and reduce lead times. Prioritize employee training and development to foster a culture of safety and efficiency. Continuously evaluate processes and performance metrics to drive ongoing improvements and ensure the manufacturing site meets customer expectations while enhancing operational resilience. Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related experience in Supply Chain Management Ability to quickly analyze and identify problems and assess data to make informed decisions Knowledge of pick to light systems Diligent attention to detail in inventory management, order accuracy, and safety protocols Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the ability to solve problems related to order processing, inventory control, and logistics Clear and concise communication to coordinate with staff, vendors, and upper management Ability to make decisions promptly, especially in high-pressure situations Adaptability to warehousing environments and rapid changes due to fluctuations in demand or unexpected challenges Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members Creative problem-solving approach to improve processes and outcomes through technology or process optimization Travel: 10% MF15 What you\'ll receive for the great work you provide
