Join our Equity Finance business in New York as a Delta 1 SBL Trader. In this role, you will build effective relationships to optimize Macquarie's position across the market. You will leverage existing relationships to increase access to warm and hard-to-borrow securities and proficiently handle delta 1 equity total return swaps, generating two-way flow across this space. You will also identify opportunities to introduce new counterparties to augment the book and bring those relationships to the team. Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. 3+ years of sell-side Delta 1 experience in US markets High-energy self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, creative thinking, and ability to hunt down and execute revenue ideas Risk mindset with a strong understanding of fundamental risks within the EQF business Demonstrable advanced Excel skills Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or similarly quantitative degree is ideal, but not essential Ability to program in VBA and/or Python is ideal LI-Onsite What we offer
