Overview As an Associate Data Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving data strategy, analytics innovation, and actionable insights across client engagements. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including strategy, media, creative, and account—to ensure data is used effectively to inform marketing decisions, optimize performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Tools

Understand how to approach sophisticated problems by outlining several ways to approach the challenges, structure the approach from a cost/benefit perspective, and guide a team through execution.

Considered a leader with vision within the Data team for strategic insight and ability to apply insights to multiple client situations, leading cross‑capability initiatives effectively.

Able to synthesize how to measure performance in an increasingly noisy environment.

Recommend and understand various applicable data tools and platforms to address internal and external strategic needs.

Integrate long‑term implications of insights and recommendations across several channels.

Ensure the team maintains high analytical output, including distribution of reporting or advanced analytics work that drives toward a specific business goal while maintaining data hygiene and governance.

Communication Skills & Client Interaction

Effectively guide strategy, resolve issues, and identify new opportunities through constructive dialogue with internal and client teams.

Respect others’ opinions and take feedback into results constructively.

Condense and simplify or detail out specifics, depending upon the audience.

Sought out by clients for subject‑based opinions and project recommendations.

Lead, with guidance, the development of medium‑size client strategic agenda.

Document and respond to client feedback and recognize when to raise issues or push back on a client.

Bring client ideas for using broader capabilities when applicable.

Qualifications

6+ years of previous experience in a marketing analytics or business intelligence role, including experience managing direct reports.

Hands‑on experience or solid understanding of data visualization and analytic dashboard development with Tableau, Domo, Power BI, Shiny, Looker, or other platforms.

Excellent communicator & collaborator between multiple clients and internal teams.

Willingness to dive in and conduct analyses across various data sources to find insights and provide actionable recommendations to client and internal teams.

Deep experience in commerce data, preferably RMN experience.

Ability to lead a team of analysts to construct, implement, and analyze measurement plans.

Additional Information Compensation Range: $53.16/hr - $72.74/hr. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
