Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Program Control Analyst (Level 2) or Principal Program Control Analyst (Level 3) to join our team. This position interfaces with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements. The role offers exposure to Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance measurement baseline concepts across multiple contracts within an engineering IPT. Responsibilities

Establish Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled and maintain objective performance criteria. Maintain and justify estimates to complete; support internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis. Manage budget baseline, funding analysis, cost risk analysis/assessment and visibility reports. Prepare government cost performance reports and perform/oversee performance measurement variance analysis; develop and analyze estimates to complete. Develop and implement solutions of moderate scope and complexity; analyze variances/trends and propose new methods and process techniques. Support development of budget baselines and cost/schedule integration; assist in financial performance analyses and visibility reporting. Support preparation and submittal of monthly CDRLs such as IPMR; incorporate baseline changes into EVM systems using tools like MPM, SAP, BW, wInsight, MS Excel/Project/PowerPoint. Collaborate with IPTs and internal customers; communicate issues and provide input for management decisions. Qualifications

Basic qualifications for Level 2

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related fields OR Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to work on site daily in Redondo Beach, CA. Basic qualifications for Level 3

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related fields OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related fields. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM). Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting. Ability to work on site daily in Redondo Beach, CA. Preferred qualifications

Salary ranges vary by level: Primary Level Salary Range: $73,900.00 – $110,900.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $91,200.00 – $136,800.00 The above salary ranges are guidelines; actual offers depend on scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
