We are looking for a passionate Senior Manager to lead onboarding and ensure compliance while guiding newly acquired customers through an engaging and successful orientation journey.

Overview Role: Senior Manager, Retail Setup & Compliance. Location: Remote or any major U.S. city with DPW presence (e.g., Perris, Olive Branch, Miami, Fairburn). This role focuses on customer onboarding, lifecycle management, and ensuring compliance integrity across retail channels.

Responsibilities

Serve as the executive-level liaison for new customer onboarding, ensuring strategic alignment with client expectations and company capabilities.

Translate customer requirements into scalable, detailed operational frameworks and playbooks.

Lead onboarding project governance, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and executive-level status reporting.

Oversee execution of large-scale retail setup projects (new store launches, resets, expansions, and remodels), ensuring flawless delivery and compliance.

Establish, communicate, and enforce compliance standards for labeling, routing guides, EDI, packaging, and regulatory obligations across all retail channels.

Implement compliance monitoring frameworks, audits, and risk controls to minimize penalties, chargebacks, and reputational risks.

Serve as the senior relationship owner for key accounts, driving trust-based partnerships and acting as the customer’s executive advocate.

Lead quarterly and monthly business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with customers, analyzing performance trends, KPIs, and continuous growth opportunities.

Partner with sales and commercial teams to expand service offerings, identify new revenue streams, and execute account growth strategies.

Design and maintain executive dashboards and performance scorecards to measure onboarding success, compliance health, and account profitability.

Drive adoption of best practices and lessons learned across accounts, creating standardized playbooks and scalable processes.

Qualifications & Competencies

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CPIM) preferred.

Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in customer onboarding, account management, retail operations, or compliance, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior management role.

Retail Compliance Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of retail compliance standards, including labeling, routing guides, EDI, packaging, and regulatory requirements.

Customer & Account Leadership: Proven track record in building and sustaining long-term customer relationships, with experience influencing and presenting to C-level executives.

Project & Program Management: Expertise in leading cross-functional projects from initiation through execution, with proficiency in tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Power BI, Salesforce/CRM).

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze data, interpret KPIs, and use insights to drive strategic account growth, compliance improvements, and operational excellence.

Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence senior stakeholders.

Leadership: Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams, with the ability to lead through change and drive accountability.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, navigates ambiguity, and proactively resolves compliance or operational risks.

Travel: Willingness and ability to travel as required (up to 60%).
