The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (JPMWM) business focuses on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Securities and Online Investing - our digital investing platform. The combined business has approximately $400 billion in assets under management and about 4,500 advisors who work out of 3,500 branches and 21 offices. Digital Product Strategy & Acceleration is part of the Product Acceleration Garage (PAG) in Wealth Management Product & Experience. This team takes new and innovative ideas and turns them into real, tangible technologies from concept to launch. We develop the strategic vision, prioritize our roadmap, and quickly build and test proof-of-concepts. Our team works across US Wealth Management to develop the next generation of advanced technology and bring them to market. Position Overview

The Product Associate will play a pivotal role in all aspects of a product cycle, from evaluating the business value and time to market, to defining product requirements, and to driving rapid iteration and experimentation. The role is ideal for individuals who are excited about the latest technology and trends and who possess strong problem solving, strategic thinking, multi-tasking, communication, and collaboration skills across various businesses and functional areas within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. Responsibilities

Collaborate with product manager and other stakeholders to define product strategy, business value, and MVP scope based on customer insights and market research Write product requirements in collaboration with Technology, Design, Data & Analytics to deliver the product Act as a thought leader on product design and execution while maintaining awareness of the industry landscape Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product features Communicate effectively across functions and levels about product vision, timeline, deliverables, etc., including to senior leadership Demonstrate self-motivation and a commitment to acquiring new knowledge and technology trends Qualifications

5+ years of experience in financial services or digital product management, preferably with experience in wealth management, financial planning, asset management, digital banking, or related areas managing strategic or transformational change Passionate about new industry trends and ongoing interest in AI evolution Experience being part of a delivery team spanning multiple work streams with varying timelines, priorities, and complexities, ultimately launching a new or enhanced product to market Advanced user of Jira or other Product tools Ability to prioritize tasks, say "no" when required, and ensure the organization is on track to execute against the product roadmap and deliver strategic change that meets goals Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing a clear path forward from diverse points of view Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills Highly self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, problem solve, and excel in ambiguity Ability to ask intelligent questions that push the team forward regardless of title M.B.A. or graduate degree in a relevant field desired Previous experience in management consulting or digital product desired To be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
