Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr A procurement as a vendor firm is seeking a Technology Vendor Manager to join their team in NYC on a hybrid (4x in office per week) basis. This role is to lead enterprise technology sourcing for hedge funds, private equity, investment banking, and asset management clients. The Manager owns vendor relationships and drives full-cycle procurement—from discovery and negotiation to contract execution and renewal. Key Responsibilities
Lead sourcing for infrastructure, SaaS, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions. Manage vendor relationships and optimize contracts. Advise clients on cost savings, licensing, and procurement strategy. Analyze usage data to reduce waste and mitigate audit risk. Collaborate across legal, commercial, and operational teams. Qualifications
7+ years in tech procurement or vendor management in financial services. Deep knowledge of enterprise tech and licensing models. Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Seniority level
