Develop and implement sourcing strategies that meet current and future business needs, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply continuity. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, assess capabilities, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability. Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and service levels. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and address issues to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, finance, quality assurance) to align sourcing strategies with business goals. Monitor market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the sourcing process. Maintain procurement records, including contracts, supplier evaluations, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements. Position Details

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, procurement or a related field is required. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is preferred. Required: 10 years of in-depth experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with experience in supply chain management. Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of procurement software and tools, such as ERP systems and e-sourcing platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with suppliers and attend industry events. Key Competencies
