Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Remote with hybrid in Pittsburgh) Department: Health Policy & Management - IHSP Starting Salary Range: $41,300 - $72,300 Annually (Commensurate w/exp.) Responsibilities

Develop data collection tools based on understanding of underlying study design. Participate in developing standard operating procedures for one or more studies. Design and set up standard operating procedures. Oversee data collection. Analyze data under general oversight and make data-driven recommendations. Oversee day-to-day activities and provide training for new staff on study. Conduct literature searches to pull background material and identify information relevant and applicable to research interest. Other duties as assigned. Additional Study Details

The MOVED (Mobility Opportunity Vouchers to Eliminate Diabetes and Obesity) Study tests whether housing mobility can influence adult and child health. Independently schedule appointments and make reminder/confirmation calls. Conduct phone and in-person survey interviews with one adult and one child per participating family. Take measures such as height, weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, and diabetes-related fingerstick samples at participants’ homes. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Two years of related experience. Equivalency options per Johns Hopkins policy may apply to substitute education or experience. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in a related field. Experience in a research setting, including field work or participant recruitment. Experience engaging participants from diverse backgrounds. Interest and experience in housing, neighborhood factors, and/or food policy. Technical Skills And Expected Proficiency
