Overview

The Senior IT Change, Process Manager is responsible for leading strategic initiatives across IT change management, process optimization and IT communications. This role ensures operational excellence, risk mitigation, and effective stakeholder engagement across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IT governance, process improvement methodologies, and cross-functional leadership. Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the IT Change Management framework aligned with ITIL standards. Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and oversee change risk assessments, approvals, and post-implementation reviews. Define and monitor change related KPIs and ensure compliance with governance policies. Act as a strategic liaison between IT, business units, and executive leadership. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across IT and business operations using Agile methodologies. Establish and maintain governance for SOPs and work instructions, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness. Lead cross-functional workshops to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable and performance processes. Promote a culture of operational excellence and process ownership. Develop and implement IT communication strategies to support change initiatives, incident management, and project roll outs. Ensure consistent, clear, and audience appropriate messaging across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Create and manage communication templates, newsletters, and executive updates. Advise IT leadership on communication best practices and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in IT change management, process improvement, procurement, and communications. At least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role. Strong knowledge of ITIL and continuous improvement initiatives. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Proficiency in ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), ERP systems, and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Confluence). Equal Employment Opportunity
