What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the implementation of communication system projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
Utilize project management tools to analyze complex issues and develop effective resolutions
Allocate necessary resources to meet project objectives and ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct project reviews and maintain direct communication with customers and senior stakeholders
Manage project budgets, quality, and timelines to achieve project objectives effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of project/program management or similar business experience, or 8 years of relevant experience
Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; work permit sponsorship is not available
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
PMP certification or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is highly desired
Experience with public safety communications systems, cellular infrastructure, military communications, civil construction, or IT networks
Understanding of two-way radio/cellular infrastructure communications products and services
