About the Supply Chain MDP Program The Mueller Development Program (MDP) is designed to support early‑career professionals through structured development opportunities, dedicated mentorship, and organized events. Over a two‑year period, participants rotate through different roles and may relocate to various Mueller locations, gaining broad exposure that strengthens leadership capabilities, deepens technical expertise, and builds professional confidence.
Program Structure Rotations last between 6 to 12 months and are determined based on functional area, business needs, and individual career aspirations. Participants gain hands‑on experience across multiple disciplines within the field at several Mueller sites.

Supply Chain Track Overview Participants will work in Material Program Management, Strategic Sourcing, Logistics & Asset Management, Supply Chain Analytics & Automation, and Productivity Management. The MDP offers experience at both the manufacturing plant level and the corporate level.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
0 to 2 years of relevant work experience
Compensation $67,000 per year. The range reflects a good‑faith estimate of starting base pay for full‑time (40 hours per week) employment as of the date of posting. Individual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors.
