Compliance Project Manager [Prevailing Wage and Domestic Content Tax Compliance]

Overview of the Role
Remote with 25% travel to Juno Beach, FL, USA 12 months Join a dynamic team where your compliance expertise will directly impact critical energy infrastructure projects. As a Compliance Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring adherence to prevailing wage laws, tax compliance, and domestic content requirements while building robust frameworks that protect and guide major construction initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Interpretation: Interpret complex prevailing wage, start of construction, and domestic content regulations Compliance Frameworks: Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance strategies and governance frameworks Risk Management: Design proactive risk management systems including Notice & Action Plan (NAP) frameworks Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with legal, HR, operations, and construction teams on compliance integration Consultant Oversight: Oversee external consultants and ensure alignment with compliance objectives Audit & Reporting: Lead audit planning, reviews, and executive reporting initiatives Documentation: Create and maintain essential compliance documentation and SOPs Required Skills & Qualifications
Prevailing Wage Expertise: Deep understanding of prevailing wage law, tax compliance, and regulatory frameworks Strategic Compliance: Strategic thinking and strong judgment in compliance matters Risk Management: Risk management and mitigation expertise Cross-functional Experience: Experience collaborating across functions and managing external consultants Communication Skills: Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills Working with AP Recruiters & Associates
