Job Summary and Responsibilities
You will perform all functions related to physiologic recording, scrubbing, and circulation within the catheterization laboratory.
You will use appropriate knowledge and skills to monitor, assess, and provide nursing intervention to patients prior to, during, and after invasive cardiac procedures.
Qualifications
Current Nevada Nursing License
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
AA Degree
B.S.N or B.A. preferred
ACLS certification required
BCLS certification required
CCRN preferred
Successful completion of cardiac dysrhythmia course
1-2 years of full-time equivalent or more prior experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab, critical care experience, or similar nursing experience in interventional procedures
