Our dedicated and compassionate employees are driven by a common mission: To deliver the cures of tomorrow to the people who need them today. $20,000.00 Sign-on Bonus City of Hope is seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse to join our Evaluation Treatment Center team. As a nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patients' conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in our outpatient urgent care. As a successful candidate, you will: Integrate and practice according to the City of Hope Professional Practice Model to deliver care and service excellence. In alignment with City of Hope's mission and values, the Division of Nursing and Patient Care Services' vision and mission, carry out the nursing process, coordinate interdisciplinary care planning, and document according to standards, including validating the patient and caregiver’s understanding of the care plan and expected outcomes. Be a change agent, committed to lifelong learning, professional development, and embodying the City of Hope organizational mission and values, as well as the values and ethos of the nursing profession. Hours: 7:00am - 7:30pm Full-time 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week
Your qualifications should include: 3-5 years of experience in an acute care setting and/or outpatient setting Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Licensure requirements: CA RN License BLS through American Heart Association ACLS through American Heart Association PALS through American Heart Association City of Hope employees' pay is based on work experience, qualifications, and work location.
