Associate Veterinarian - The Woodlands, TX. Our exclusive client’s thriving 100% private and family owned hospital is expanding its team and seeks a dedicated Associate Veterinarian in a Fear Free Certified environment. Responsibilities
include providing medical and surgical care for small animals, wellness and sick-pet visits, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery within a supportive, collaborative team. The hospital aims to maintain a balanced caseload with strong technician support and a welcoming work culture. Practice details
Fear Free Certified team committed to patient comfort and client communication Well-equipped with in-house diagnostics, dental radiography, digital X-ray, ultrasound, and surgical suites Diverse caseload: small animal focus with optional pockets for pocket pets, poultry, or goats if desired Family-like team culture with excellent work-life balance No evenings, Sundays, or after-hours emergencies Schedule
Monday-Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM Closed Saturdays & Sundays Flexible PTO, scaled to your preferred schedule (e.g., 4-day workweek = 8.5 PTO days/year) Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $90,000-$120,000 (DOE) $2,000 annual CE allowance + 3 additional PTO days for CE Health insurance: 50% employer-paid medical with optional dental & vision coverage Licensing fees, memberships, and professional liability insurance fully covered Simple IRA with up to 3% employer match Temporary housing available if needed for relocation Ideal Candidate
