Founded in 1999, Progressive Community Health Centers is an independent non-profit organization operating four clinics in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Over 100 staff support our mission to improve community health by providing culturally competent services addressing identified needs. We serve approximately 16,000 patients annually, primarily low-income individuals. No one is turned away based on insurance or ability to pay. Our services include family medicine, internal medicine, women's health, urgent care, dental, radiology, and behavioral health, along with supportive services like case management, health education, and benefits enrollment. What will you do?

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician. Responsibilities include taking medical histories, performing physical exams, diagnostic procedures, and implementing treatment plans. You will also provide counseling and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Currently licensed in Wisconsin Board eligibility required; board certification is a plus Minimum of three years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Family Medicine setting Progressive Community Health Centers is an equal opportunity employer.
