Responsibilities
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates and their families Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators and IVs Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans Educate families on neonatal care and discharge procedures Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments Skills
