Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Job with Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, IN
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our compassionate
Palliative Care
team at
Indiana University Health Medical Group
in
Carmel, Indiana .
Position Details
Full-time, Day-Shift
Monday-Friday
No weekends or call
100% inpatient
No procedural requirements
Team includes 8 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers
Responsibilities
Provide palliative care consultations to seriously ill patients in the acute care setting, including goals of care conversations and symptom management.
Qualifications
ACNP, AGNP, FNP, or PA certification required
If new graduate, at least 5 years of RN experience in a high mortality setting required
