Responsibilities

Lead clinic staff, in behaviors, actions and attitude (e.g. X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists) in delivering excellent patient care. Provide guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely matter and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis. Build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees. Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians. Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements including working knowledge of health information management issues such as HIPAA. Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, prescribe medications when appropriate, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions. Perform therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care. Analyze and interpret patients\' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Adhere to Core Values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness. Be knowledgeable and compliant with Company standards of operations and maintain positive relations with clients and staff. Consult with patients through virtual communication channels and experience as a Telehealth Clinician. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence

Completes all required preceptor training to onboard and train new hires in centers of excellence. Engage with Learning and Development to manage onboarding and training of new employees. Meet new employees on first day in clinic to facilitate welcome, introductions, facility tours, and clinic process overview. Partner with Learning and Development to establish training plans and review training schedules; communicate training progress as appropriate. Submit weekly evaluations on trainee progress to Learning and Development and communicate training progress or concerns to operations leadership. Complete final evaluation and Proof of Proficiency form and submit to learning and development on final training day.

Experience Requirements and Preferences

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment. At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (e.g., Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, ER/Trauma, Family Practice) is strongly preferred.
