The NP will focus on hormone replacement therapy, thyroid optimization, weight loss, metabolic support, and various wellness-focused consultations. Responsibilities include conducting video consultations, interpreting advanced labs, developing personalized care plans, and managing patient follow-ups through the CHARM/CANVAS EMR system.

Schedule: 3 days per week, including Mondays and Fridays with potential for full-time extension
Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct initial consultations and new patient lab reviews via video
Review and interpret advanced labs (GI-MAP, Methyl Detox, ALCAT, hormone panels)
Develop personalized care plans including lifestyle, nutrition, and supplementation
Manage asynchronous follow-up care via EMR platform
Educate patients on test results and coach on health optimization
Complete all documentation in EMR (CHARM/CANVAS) within 24 hours
Provide concise, functional medicine-informed SOAP notes
Communicate with support staff to coordinate care
Prescribe and manage bioidentical hormones, peptides, and nutraceuticals
Monitor patient response and adjust dosing as needed
Collaborate with compounding pharmacies and support teams
Qualifications
Active NP License in good standing
2+ years of clinical experience
Strong communication skills for effective virtual consultations
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
