As an MRI Tech, you will perform MRI procedures, utilizing MRI equipment and your knowledge of anatomy and patient positioning for optimal imaging. You will explain procedures to patients and address their questions or concerns. Perform MRI exams following contrast media protocols. Identify anatomical orientation on images and ensure proper film identification. Evaluate image quality and determine if additional imaging is needed, prior to radiologist review. Participate in on-call duties as assigned. Qualifications: Two years’ experience in Radiologic Technology or one year as an MRI technologist. ARRT and BLS certification. Preferred: Two years’ MRI experience in a hospital setting. Preferred: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program. About TriCities Hospital
