Clinic Director
to oversee our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Chula Vista. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist ready to take the next step in their career and lead with both clinical and operational excellence. As Clinic Director, you will balance both clinical and leadership responsibilities to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and team success. Clinical & Operational Leadership: Provide hands-on, individualized physical therapy care Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling and staffing Lead, mentor, and support a team of clinicians and support staff Ensure high-quality patient experience and resolve any service concerns Business & Administrative Duties
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and staff performance evaluations Maintain full clinic coverage with an efficient staffing model Monitor clinic performance metrics and achieve operational goals Handle payroll, billing oversight, and statistical reporting Participate in local marketing efforts and community outreach Represent the clinic positively and professionally within the community Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Physical Therapist license in the State of California Minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Previous leadership or management experience is a plus Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required Services We Provide
