Pediatric Radiologist . Ochsner Health is an integrated healthcare system with more than 36,000 employees and over 4,600 employed and affiliated physicians in over 90 medical specialties and subspecialties. It operates 47 hospitals and more than 370 health and urgent care centers across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and the Gulf South.
Position Highlights
Join a dedicated team of fellowship-trained pediatric radiologists serving a high-volume, tertiary pediatric hospital within the nationally recognized Ochsner Health system. 100% Pediatric Radiology practice, including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, and MRI, with minimal to no general radiology responsibilities. Collaborative environment with close partnership across pediatric specialties, including surgery, oncology, neurology, and emergency medicine. Robust academic opportunities through our partnership with the Ochsner Clinical School and The University of Queensland School of Medicine, including resident and medical student teaching, and potential for academic appointment. Access to cutting-edge technology and a comprehensive PACS/RIS/EPIC system to support efficient workflows and patient care. Shared call responsibilities with an equitable rotation that is fully supported by a team of subspecialty radiologists. Opportunities to engage in clinical leadership, quality initiatives, and ongoing growth of pediatric imaging services across the health system.
