Your Role We are looking for a passionate and skilled
Occupational Therapist
to join our pediatric home health team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who wants flexible hours and the opportunity to gradually grow their caseload into a full-time position as client needs increase.
As a Pediatric OT with Amazing Care, you'll support children and their families through personalized, in-home therapy that helps kids thrive in their daily routines.
What You'll Do
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services in the home setting for pediatric clients with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and sensory or motor challenges.
Develop individualized treatment plans that focus on improving fine motor skills, self-care, sensory integration, and functional independence.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create a holistic care approach.
Educate families on techniques, adaptive strategies, and home-based activities to promote skill development.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.
Stay informed about current best practices and standards in pediatric OT and home health care.

Requirements
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Texas
Pediatric experience preferred; strong new grads with pediatric interest are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Empathetic, proactive, and committed to helping children reach their potential
