Hematology and Oncology Nurse Practitioner Job – Kennewick, WA
Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Oncology department at the Tri-Cities Cancer Center. You will work in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment with other physicians and APPs within the department in primarily an inpatient setting. As such, you can expect to see cases involving solid tumors, both benign and malignant hematology, and perform various procedures including bone marrow biopsies. An ideal candidate will be comfortable with General Medical Oncology as well as malignant and benign hematology. Inpatient care in the Oncology department Manage cases involving solid tumors and both benign and malignant hematology Perform procedures including bone marrow biopsies Collaborate with Physicians and other APPs in a multidisciplinary team Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Oncology experience preferred but not required; general medical oncology and hematology experience is valuable 2 years of clinical experience caring for Oncology patients as an advanced practice provider is preferred New graduates with significant Oncology nursing experience are welcome to apply Previous oncology or hospitalist medicine experience is preferred Details
Schedule: Monday to Friday, inpatient only, no weekends and no call Location: Kennewick, Washington Compensation: between $125,999 and $162,872 per year (may include productivity/quality incentives; CME benefits may be available) About Kadlec
