Yes Duties And Responsibilities The post-doctoral Research Scholar participates substantially in full-time, mentored research or scholarship. It is a transitional position and is viewed as preparatory for an academic and/or research career. The scholar may also serve as a collaborator on a multi-scholar research initiative, and may have lead responsibility for discrete components of a larger project under the general direction of a senior or principal researcher. Minimum Education And/or Work Experience A PhD is required in a closely related field (e.g. Chemistry, Physics, Biophysics, Biochemistry, Molecular biology, etc) Qualifications A PhD is required in a closely related field (e.g. Chemistry, Physics, Biophysics, Biochemistry, Molecular biology, etc) .Extensive expertise in computational modeling of proteins and/or computational method development. Certificates/Credentials/Licenses A PhD is required in a closely related field (e.g. Chemistry, Physics, Biophysics, Biochemistry, Molecular biology, etc) Computer Skills Academic and research software relevant to job duties (Linux operating system, Gaussian/ ORCA , AMBER /OpenMM, coding skills in Python) Supervisory Responsibilities
