Registered Nurse PreOp/PACU – Full Time
Mountain View Surgery Center at Glendale is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse PreOp/PACU. We are a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families. Our mission is to care for every patient and their family as if they were our own, each time.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Job Summary
The RN Pre-op/PACU provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies.
In the operating room, the RN provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
The RN works in PreOp/PACU, responsible for positioning the patient and prepping the patient, and circulates the case.
The RN supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Qualifications
Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
1-3 years of previous experience in PreOP/PACU and Endoscopy
Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
Current BLS, ALS, and PALS
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
Bilingual a plus
