Pediatrician
to join our growing team of exceptional clinicians and staff in Clovis, NM. We offer a nationally competitive salary with relocation allowance available, CME allowance and fully paid malpractice insurance.
Practice Highlights
Monday - Friday Schedule: Provider will have 36 hours of scheduled patient care and 4 hours of administrative time per week. 4-day work week option.
Call is in rotation with the group and is limited to 1:3
Patient Volume is average 15 to 25 patients per day
What We’re Seeking
Must be BC/BE in Pediatrics
Outstanding patient care qualities, highly motivated with an interest to grow their practice
Patient-focused and willing to collaborate and work in a team environment
Ability to obtain a medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico

Responsibilities Summary: Makes all professional medical judgments in care of patients seen.
Make all professional medical judgments in the care of patients seen.
Manage the physician/patient relationship.
Participate in system wide health management initiatives.
Provide input into the practice site's financial, clinical, and service quality performance; budget; capital plan; and personnel issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of clinical and service standards.
Receive and resolve patient complaints.
Participate in the recruitment and replacement of other providers.
Consult with and advise other providers regarding optimal and cost-effective treatment of pediatric patients.
Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in-services, and workshops.
Credentials Required M.D. / D.O. Board-eligible or certified with State of New Mexico Medical License.
