Your Role
Provide exceptional, patient-centered care as a essential member of the clinical team.
What You’ll Do
Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
Perform urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
Collaborate with peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes; you’ll have access to a supervisor or experienced colleague when needed.
Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain clinic flow (approximately 4-5 patients per hour).

About You

Qualifications
Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification.
Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.
Requirements
Valid, unrestricted medical and DEA licenses.
Ability to treat patients of all ages.
DOT Certification: Must be obtained prior to start date. Carbon will cover the course and exam fees and provide resources to help you succeed.
BLS and/or ACLS certification is required before your first day with Carbon Health.

Salary and Compensation
Hourly Base Rate: $59.25 – $82.00
Productivity Bonus: Up to 28%
Part Time Salary (minimum 2 shifts per week): $61,620 – $85,280 base; $67,166 – $92,955 with productivity bonus (2 shifts/week)
Full Time Salary (minimum 3 shifts per week): $92,430 – $127,920 base; $109,067 – $150,946 with productivity bonus (3 shifts/week)
Compensation includes wage, bonus plan, weekend differential, and a total rewards package of benefits including medical, dental, and vision, 401(k), learning and development, and PTO.
