Monarch Healthcare Management . Description Pick your own shifts at various locations based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management! This is a full-time or on-call position with weekend requirements. Through data collection and analysis, the RN is responsible for performing comprehensive assessments to establish residents' baseline health status and creating detailed Plans of Care that include individual needs and preferences. RNs oversee practical nurses, CNAs, and other nursing personnel by assessing their knowledge, skills, and capabilities, clarifying expectations, and addressing behaviors to ensure resident safety and promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident. About The Float Pool The Monarch Float Pool was created to provide staffing assistance to Monarch facilities. You can select your shifts based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management. Current Float Pool positions are available in areas including Alexandria, Anoka, Bloomington, Chisago City, Delano, Duluth, Eveleth, Excelsior, Faribault, Foley, Gaylord, Grand Rapids, Lake Crystal, Litchfield, Mankato, Mapleton, Maplewood, Minneapolis, New Prague, Plainview, Redwood Falls, Roseville, Rush City, Saint Louis Park, Saint Paul, Sleepy Eye, Stillwater, Two Harbors, Virginia, and Winsted. Qualifications Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing. Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse. Current CPR and emergency care certification or willingness to obtain upon hire. Preferred Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.
