Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Three years of experience in a medical office setting required; other related experience may be considered.
Knowledge of medical office software, CPT and ICD9-CM coding, medical terminology, EPIC systems, and billing requirements.
Excellent verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work with diverse individuals and maintain confidentiality.
