HCA Healthcare . We are seeking a Senior Clinical Analyst to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care through advanced clinical informatics, documentation, and EHR optimization. This role reports to the Manager, Expanse Clinical Documentation Team. Responsibilities

Design, test, implement, support, maintain, and evaluate new Expanse EHR solutions to support patients and health care professionals. Apply health-related, discipline-specific knowledge to health information technology systems. Serve as Subject Matter Expert on requests for new templates or changes in existing content. Manage, track, and document clinical reviews of new content by physician leaders and other clinicians. Present data formally and informally and facilitate discussion regarding physician ordering and documentation. Collaborate with management to create quality deliverables and meet milestones. Coordinate with ITG Product Development to ensure projects and maintenance occur on schedule. Coordinate end-user education and communication with the field with ITG Product Development and CSG SMEs. Facilitate and document working sessions on operational workflows to understand impact on physician ordering and documentation. Participate in HCA-wide work teams to identify best practices and optimization opportunities in physician ordering and documentation. Provide ongoing operational support to field operations teams and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. Support collaboration across disciplines with corporate departments, divisions, and facility leaders. Cross-coordinate with other HCA solutions and work with analysts, leadership, and stakeholders. Support project teams in integrating physician ordering and documentation activities into project plans. Research new data sources and analytical tools; contribute to product development and delivery improvements. Participate in multiple activities simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Major Responsibilities

Time allocation: 50% Operations; 50% Other activities Operations: Manage nursing and physician documentation templates and EBOS to keep them up-to-date, accurate, and efficient. Coordinate template maintenance with ITG and develop new templates; monitor usage to identify improvements. Communicate items related to physician ordering and documentation organization-wide; obtain field feedback to improve outputs. Utilize EHR workflow functions; assist with project organization and documentation of workflows. Support physician ordering/documentation activities of the CSG EHR through team meetings. Other: Participate in CI Systems Governance & Operations team meetings and projects; represent CI Systems Governance & Operations in multidisciplinary meetings; attend key operational meetings and document outcomes. Experience

5-7 years Preferred/Required Experience

Hospital clinical experience. Experience with EHRs (Meditech, EPIC, Cerner, etc) documentation and ordering functionality; Meditech Expanse experience is a bonus. Education

College Graduate Required (Undergrad). If no college degree, then 4 additional years of relevant experience required. Special Qualifications

Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal. Ability to work effectively with leaders at all levels. Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills; root cause analysis. Understanding of clinical and technology workflows; excellent organizational skills. Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn Meditech and other CSG systems. Travel
