Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician-led and accountable 600+ provider multispecialty group practice seeking Family Medicine physicians. Our group seeks internists who are committed to an interdisciplinary team-based approach to care and who provide high-quality primary care in a compassionate manner, healing body, mind, and spirit. The ideal candidate will commit to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care while demonstrating and modeling our organization’s core values of reverence, a commitment to those who are poor, justice, stewardship, and integrity. The provider will also ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the medical treatment facility and request timely consultation or referral with appropriate physicians, clinics, or other health resources as indicated. The qualified candidate must be passionate about family health issues and demonstrate evidence of comprehensive assessment skills, expert clinical skills, and problem-solving abilities. SAMG utilizes EPIC electronic health record (EHR) and EMR in its clinics. Thus, experience with EHR is desirable. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality primary care in a compassionate manner within an interdisciplinary team. Model and uphold SAMG core values: reverence, commitment to those who are poor, justice, stewardship, and integrity. Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice; follow policies, procedures, and guidelines; seek timely consultation or referral as indicated. Collaborate with physicians, clinics, and health resources to coordinate patient care. Requirements

Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho. Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA. Strong medical background and a desire to provide acute care; ability to obtain Idaho medical licensure to support the Health System's internal program across communities. Experience with EPIC or other EHR systems is desirable. Community
