Clinical Nurse III - Observation / Part Time Nights

City of Hope is seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse to join our Observation team. As a nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patients' conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in our outpatient observation unit. The unit is intended for observation status patients who do not meet inpatient criteria. Sign-on Bonus Eligible: $10,000 As a successful candidate, you will: Integrate and practice according to the City of Hope Professional Practice Model to deliver care service excellence. Align with City of Hope's mission and values, the Division of Nursing and Patient Care Services' vision and mission, and focus on the patient, family, and community. Carry out the nursing process, coordinate interdisciplinary care planning, document according to standards, and validate the patient and caregiver's understanding of the care plan and expected outcomes. Work hours: 7:00 pm - 7:30 am Part-time, 12-hour shifts, 2 days a week

Qualifications Your qualifications should include: 3-5 years of experience in an acute care setting and/or outpatient setting Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Licensures: California RN License BLS through American Heart Association ACLS through American Heart Association PALS through American Heart Association City of Hope employees' pay is based on work experience, qualifications, and work location.
