Performs all the essential functions of the Registered Sonographer. Performs and evaluates sonographic examinations. Obtains clinical history and performs a physical assessment of the patient's condition to determine appropriate testing protocol. Position is Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day Shift, Hours are as needed. Located onsite at Providence Valdez in Valdez Alaska! Required Qualifications
Coursework/Training - Graduate of accredited Diagnostic Sonography Program or Certification with American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer within 1 year of hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. 9 months - Ultrasound coursework experience in Abdomen, OB/Gyn including clinical rotation Preferred Qualifications
