Certified Mammography Technologist, First Shift, Radiology- Breast Imaging UC Health is hiring a PRN Mammography Technologist for the radiology department at West Chester Hospital. The Mammography Technologist obtains high-quality mammograms following ACR/FDA requirements. Responsibilities include obtaining patient history, locating prior examinations, and preparing paperwork for radiologist interpretation. Engage in population-appropriate communication, understand growth and development milestones, give clear treatment instructions, involve family/guardians, identify physical limitations, respond to behavioral health issues, interpret data for care planning, address psychological/cultural needs, operate equipment safely, recognize signs of abuse/neglect. Clinical:

Perform mammographic and DEXA procedures per protocols, review patient histories, prepare images and paperwork, submit studies for interpretation, maintain records and supplies, participate in continuing education, perform equipment tests, qualify patients for funding programs, track results, and follow up on abnormal mammograms.
