2INgage . We are looking for a Full-Time Lead Nurse to join our team. Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or higher in the State of Kansas is required. Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Identify physical, social, and emotional health needs of clients and families through systematic assessments.

Develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care that includes interventions and treatments to attain expected outcomes and standards as set forth in applicable federal, state, and accreditation agency standards as well as Agency Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications

Valid RN license (or higher equivalent) in the State of Kansas.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Experience as an APRN or with children with a mental health diagnosis in a residential facility is preferred.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet agency underwriting standards while driving agency vehicles and/or transporting clients.
