Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Outpatient, Land O'Lakes Great Strides Rehab, part of the H2 Health family, is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatient therapy team and support pediatric clients in a collaborative, clinician-led setting. We are dedicated to helping children improve communication, independence, and quality of life through evidence-based, individualized care. What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with articulation, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders Develop and implement individualized plans of care with measurable goals Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Document care using Raintree EMR and maintain a manageable caseload Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active or eligible state SLP license CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status Pediatric experience is preferred but not required Benefits
