Compleat KiDZ is the largest multi-disciplinary rehabilitation treatment facility in North Carolina. We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA Therapy services to children birth to 18 years of age in our 18 clinics using a play-based model. We are the largest and fastest growing pediatric rehabilitation organization in the region, with a team-based approach to patient care. As an upcoming clinic, this location will open in December 2025. Occupational Therapist (Pediatric) Requirements & Responsibilities
1 year of previous pediatric experience is preferred; new graduates will be considered. Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education or equivalent. Licensed in the state of Virginia or eligible for licensure/registration per state registration practices. Pass a Background Check. Complete evaluation, treatment, consultation, and discharge planning for children in an outpatient clinic. Detailed and thorough communication with child’s healthcare providers through progress reports, phone calls, and other forms of communication. Assess and make recommendations regarding appropriate assistive technology and/or adaptive equipment as needed. Acts as a supervisor for COTAs in the clinic.
