School-based occupational therapist positions are available in Manhattan (UES and downtown) as well as Jersey City, NJ. Start immediately!
Join a small, enthusiastic group of therapists working on a multi-disciplinary team to provide quality services. Caseloads vary, but currently, there is a need for school-based OTs and clinic-based OT. For the school-based position, therapists are expected and trained to think "out of the box" and bring private practice quality skills to the school setting.
Caseloads are available on a part-time basis or can be combined to make a full-time schedule. Immediate assignments are available in Manhattan and Jersey City, weekdays and weekends.
Experienced therapists have opportunities to showcase their supervisory or clinical management skills.
Being dually licensed for OT in NY and NJ is a bonus.

Mighty Minds and Muscles Therapy & Coaching Services is located in lower Manhattan, providing a collaborative, rewarding, and energetic work environment. The goal is to provide mentorship, knowledge, growth, and learning opportunities to support therapists in becoming expert OTs. The work environment includes growth opportunities, on-the-job mentorship programs, supervisor roles, program development, and AI-supported EMR for documentation. Roles Available
School Year 2024-2025 and beyond: Combination of Clinic and Schools O.T. Schedule: Monday to Friday (schools), Monday to Sunday (clinic/homes), with a self-determined schedule and flexible hours. Applicant Expectations
Prior pediatric experience is required. Applicants must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, creative, and confident working independently. Applicants must be willing to work in a small, personable setting with abundant resources. Applicants must be confident, good at communicating, and creative. Applicants must love being an occupational therapist and be willing to invest in themselves through mentorship and continuing education. Applicants must be licensed in NY State, carry Professional Liability insurance, and obtain NYC DOE Fingerprinting & clearance immediately. Pay and Benefits
Pay range is $60 - $85/hr, dependent on experience, contracts/locations, and performance. Additional clients brought into the center will be rewarded.
