Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized speech and language therapy treatment plans for children Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support communication and language development Use evidence-based practices to address speech, language, and feeding disorders Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions Collaborate with other therapists and professionals to ensure holistic care for the child Provide guidance and support to students and clinical fellows as needed Deliver therapy in community and clinic settings Requirements
Pediatric experience preferred but not required Strong communication skills and passion for working with children Ability to work independently and collaborate with a diverse team New grads welcome—mentorship available Great CF Program and mentorship opportunities Education
